Supreme court declares judgement in favour of PDP. Governor Seriake Henry Dickson of Bayelsa State has emerged victorious in the much anticipated judgement between the PDP and CAP Party. Court says case lacks merit in the first instance leading to the dismissal and closure of the said case
In its ruling,the court said change advocacy Party's (CAP) case is citing that Governor Seriake Henry dickson is not a validly nominated candidate of PDP, thus the motion for their appeal was set. The court said, the PDP has every right to choose who its candidate for any election would be, as it is an internal party affair hence the striking out of the said case.
The restoration agenda of Governor Seriake Henry Dickson is on course to deliver the dividends of democracy to its citizens and will not be dettered by a few disgruntled elements who are adamant to join hands with his administration to work for the betterment of Bayelsa State.
